Couch to 5K: Week 2, Day 2. I felt pretty awesome today. It got tough at one point, but I made it through. Followed the program to a T, except I walked briskly at the end instead of at a regular pace. I have way more stamina now than I did when I started and I’m excited to keep going :) Also did some boxing/mitt work tonight with some friends. Holy crap, did I ever work up a sweat. I hurt my knuckle somehow, but not too badly. Can’t wait to hit up the gym again!
